If youre a subcontractor considering doing business with this contractor, please do not sign a contract with them, just keep bidding on other work. They wouldnt pay us what we were owed and kept telling us that the owner hadnt paid them. Somehow the money showed up miraculously when we delivered a mechanics lien against the property and we were paid promptly. With that being said, please do not do work for them, very dishonest and pathetic people. Our marketing team is already working on a strategy to make sure everyone is aware of their business practices. For advice on how to put a lien on them and make them pay what they owe you, please contact our office. Si usted es un subcontratista tenga mucho cuidado con esta compañía porque no pagan. Commercial subcontractors BEWARE!!! This GC does not and cannot pay there bills. They cannot keep a steady team of subcontractors so they continually beat the streets looking for someone to do work for them. After continual pestering to bid their work we proceeded and were awarded a project. We completed and obtained final inspection for the project 6 months ago and counting. ADI is still dragging there feet getting the complete bill paid in full as we have only received Application#1 of 3 total applications. But...ADI has completely pissed off the client to the point that attorneys have gotten involved we will have to continue waiting for payment.
