I have called 6 times and no one answers. I have left voicemails and no one calls back. I really don't understand what they are doing.
This review is a bit late. I went through a little bit of trial and error with Randall Management to update access details on the homeowner's associated account. This review is related to that experience. My initial thought process was that I could hand the entire process to the Randall Management team and they would complete the entire update process. It wasn't that simple. There was a third party involved and the need to enter credentials (requiring collaboration with the homeowner). M. Clark and I were able to work through the process of talking to Front Step (third-party program provider) and get the updates resolved. It was a good collaborative learning experience. The hope here is that from our learnings together, the process can become easier for other homeowners that may need to update their login in this new program implementation. Additionally, it would be beneficial to further research two log-in opportunities for homes with more than one owner. Thank you for supporting Northglen.
This people cash the checks and do the bare minimal. Thing are broken for years and they wouldn't do anything.
