I received the incorrect products and trying to get the correct product has been horrible. I am currently trying to get a refund. I was told the correct product shipped in time for our annual meeting well it didn't come and still has never arrived. Then they couldn't even give me a tracking number and then later said they don't even know if it had been shipped yet. My sales rep has ghosted me. He would tell me that he would reach out to me and days would go by with no communication on his part. I have had to call and many times that I have called he was conveniently on break or in a meeting. I was told someone would give him a message to call me and he would never return a call. I still don't have the right product nor a refund. I will never do business with this company again.
Where do I begin...I placed an order with Lewis Cunningham, approved the mock-up and paid for the order. Only to be told a few days later, the item I chose was no longer available, he would find me something comparable. He showed me a picture of an item, but not the color I was going to receive, nor did he provide a mock-up with the new item. He just sent it to production and it arrived at my home. I receive the item and I am VERY UNHAPPY with how it turned out. Being that he never provided me with a new mock-up to approve and I the customer was unhappy, you would think I would not have a problem with a return/refund or even a reprint. Well that was not the case, I was told "I would receive a discount on my next order" was the best they could do for me, as if I would order from them again after this fiasco. You cannot reach a Customer Service Representative or a Manager to discuss your issue, only the Account Manager who was assigned to your order. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I DO NOT AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM.
Amazing customer service from Kayla M. (thank you so much again!!) we ordered merch for our office with our logo and I can't say how easy and quick the communication was with her. Thank you so much for you help. Cannot wait to have these in our hands!!
I placed a large order for a school fundraiser and Brock was beyond helpful. He made sure I was completely satisfied with the final product and communicated clearly throughout the process. I would most definitely recommend Everything Branded for promotional products!
Do not, I repeat, DO NOT work with this company. They claim that their products are made in the US, but I've been trying to get an update on my custom items for over a month now, and have yet to be provided a tracking number or a refund. My account manager, Ellis, has assured me day in an day out that he will get this "sorted" and each day passes without a resolution. I placed a $4,000 order with this company and the lack of customer service has been absolutely deplorable. I've called, emailed, and tried to escalate this and have still not received an answer. Never doing business with this company again.
