AVOID THIS PLACE AND SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! BUYERS BEWARE... This place is a joke. Their employees quote you one price (which they will only give you a verbal quote and will not send anything in text format whether it be a letter or email) and then don't honor it (ed and bo) and the laughable manager Sue, is the epitome of unprofessional and rude. She will laugh at you and talk over you when you are simply trying to make heads or tails over the multiple offers that you are given. We were told we "had to commit to buying" a car before she would work with any bank to get us the price we were initially given. Absolutely horrendous, wasted at least 4 days of our time waiting to hear back from people and then they worm out and send an email so they don't have to speak with you directly. But I guess the follow up email that you get from heather, who claims to want to assist you in your purchase, makes up for it. But meanwhile...when you call Heather back she's going to tell you she has no information on you and transfer your blindly around this used car circus. IF you decide to shop here do so with caution, you more than likely will be disappointed and treated like a lesser being, but remain hopeful friends...you ARE NOT greasy like "these people"
We are so sorry to hear you had a bad experience here at Pre-Owned Cars by the Dean. We would love the chance to speak with you and see how we could improve this experience because we certainly do not want our customers leaving on bad terms! Please email our General Manager, Nick Sherman, at [email protected] so we can speak with you further about this incident! Thank you!

My Fiancé and i dealt with rick hess. He was incompetent, and offered us a poor trade in for our vehicle. when countered, he became defensive and rattled off all the reasons our vehicle was worth little more than scrap price. The vehicle we purchased had hidden rust that was not disclosed to us. Probably because it was not obvious or easily found. This was our first experience as a couple using a dealership to buy a car. And definitely our last from this company.
The man i talked with did a great job of telling me exactly what i couldnt figure out.very curteous.let me know what kind of warrantty i had left on my car and said he would send me a new copy of the warranty.great place. Very clean and workers are willing to help
The actual buying experience was fine, but everything afterwards has been awful. We bought the car in early September and were talked into purchasing the extended warranty. When the weather started to warm up, the car began stalling every few minutes. We called the service department to bring it in and the man we talked to told us there would only be a $50 charge if the problem was covered. But if the problem isn't covered, it is $109 just for them to look at the car plus whatever the repair would cost on top of that.
