Overall the townhomes is nice; however, there were some flaws that were caught in the initial inspection and some were not that the builders refused to fix. I was basically told that since I did not purchase a 200,000 home, I basically got what I paid for. I am already noticing cracks in foundation.

The house is very fond of. But bugs seem to inhabit a lot around them, and a while ago, car theft is a bit unstable because of the incident.

I love my new home, but I am wondering what the $7000 upcharge for my plot was used for. It was not used to grade, clear, or sod any additional square footage. Now I am having to spend an additional $10,000 in order to get my backyard properly graded, cleared from tree sized weeds and trash left behind by the construction crew and silk fence, and sodded. Such a disservice and disappointing.
