Called this morning to get an estimate to have my torsion springs replaced. The receptionist seemed to be clueless about the services they offered. She stated she could send someone out for a cost of $89 and had no idea what the cost would be for further repair. This is a very common issue with garage doors. Called three other businesses and they were able to give me a clear estimated cost for repairs. Update: Received an email from Marcus with Overhead Door. He felt the review wasnt a good representation of his business. He stated that the person answering the phone lacked the knowledge to answer my questions. I was able to find another company to complete the job.
