From reading some of these posts from other reviewers, I would almost speculate they are loaded to only improve the rating for the owner of this establishment. This place offers poor customer service. Rude attendants. No instant recognition to their customers or gratitude shown for doing business.

We apologize on Fedex's behalf that Fedex did not pick up your package timely. Fedex has allocated space in our store that they manage just like their drop boxes. We have no control over their employees. We've been in business for 12 years and have received only 5 star reviews because we always give GREAT service with our business. The only two negatives on our google account are from Fedex and were both out of our control. Fedex and UPS both stopped guaranteeing their express service due to Covid. They have had more to ship than their typical 3 week Christmas Rush going on now for 6 months and counting. We too have experienced what I call unacceptable delays on packages coming to us for our business use that once took a day or two. Fedex deserves the negative review instead of a small business who is just a Fedex Authorized ship and drop off center.

Dropped a 2-day priority FedEx package on the 4th, called on the 9th when tracking info had not been updated. Was told the package had been "misplaced". How does a package sit for that long without someone noticing it had not been picked up? Absolutely horrendous service (or lack of )!
