Been coming here for the last 3 years or so and had good experiences but not anymore . Came in to get a slight trim and tidy. Explicitly said I don't want it much shorter and want to keep the curls in my hair, but he popped off 3/4 before I noticed what he was doing. You can see my scalp. It's going to take forever to grow it back to how I like it

They used to be good but their best hairdressers have gone, and today I was lied to as I came in for my appointment. I was told he had called in sick, but when I later that day spoke to him he said that he hadn't been there for many weeks. However on their booking platform he still features as available. Something dodgy is going on.

It's not cheap, but it's good value for money. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. My stylist took the time to explain exactly what he was doing, listened to what I wanted and also explained how I could look after the style myself

Just come from having my haircut by Cynthia. It had been 3 months since my last cut, having avoided a DIY lockdown trim. Cynthia did exactly what I asked for and was polite and friendly to boot! So pleased with the cut and Genco did a great job on the safety measures. Looking forward to the next one!

Eyebrow reshape was a quick wax and out. Pay more for first consultation that doesn't happen, straight into it and no actual reshape.
