I had a bad customer service experience with the Director of Sales. I was having a difficult time contacting a superior to put in a formal complaint about him. I ended up mailing a letter to both the co-founders. Much to my surprise, I got a swift response. Not only did I receive a genuine apology from Ryan when he called me, but I felt that I was receiving honest information. While his company wasn't currently able to meet the needs we are looking for at this time, I feel comfortable using them in the future, when they have the client base in our area, to provide us the lead service we are looking for.
