Very poor and unprofessional, would not recommend this salon. I visited lush nails and beauty to have gel put on my toes, however, when I got home I realised that my cuticles hadn't been pushed back or cut, and the gel hasn't been painted all the way to the bottom. I politely called back and explained how I felt as I didn't want them to grow out too fast. The women on the phone was extremely patronising and continuously said 'we pride ourselves on our work' and would not correct their mistake unless I paid - baring in mind she hadn't actually seen my toes herself. I found her quite defensive and thought it was very childish for a business that 'prides themselves on their work'. Overall, the staff were very uninviting and I definitely will not be returning.

The most welcoming salon I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. Francesca and Sophie are the most accommodating beauticians I know. If they can't fit you in, they create an appointment for you, even out of opening hours. I have the same treatments on a weekly basis and I look forward to my Fridays!! Every girl deserves a bit of 'Lush' time.

Everything you could ask for in a salon. The girls (Francesca, Sophie, Sara and Charlotte) are all so lovely and make you feel very welcome. The service is fantastic and I always leave a happy returning customer. x

Yet again these girls have worked wonders on my eye lashes. Charlotte a new team member greeted me with a lovely smile and escorted me to the newly opened treatment room, she explained everything she was doing. I relaxed in minutes and actually dozed off in the relaxing calm atmosphere. On completion of my lashes I was truly delighted with the result they looked so natural. Charlotte Sara Sophie & Francesca always have smiles & kind words to make your day. If you ever need your spirits lifted and to feel relaxed this little salon is a gem.The girls have a fabulous demeanour very professional you don't feel intimidated when you go in like some salons. The girls are naturally gorgeous inside & out. Always have a respect for their ladies who visit & have The utmost discretion as I am sure lots of us ladies like to share our stories with our beauty therapists. I am booked back on again for nails & toes and always look forward to my appointment . Keep up the good work girls
