Opened the cabin door and the smell of mildew hits you so hard it takes your breath away. The floors look like carpet was pulled and then the staples and nails were just bent with a hammer. A random suitcase in the basement was full of animal bones. When we laid down for bed we immediately had bed bugs crawling on us and found more upon inspection. We spent at most 8 hours in a cabin we rented for 3 days. Had to go get a hotel for the first night costing us even more money. When we were finally able to get ahold of someone the woman told us those were not bed bugs (they were but even so we're showing you a picture of bugs in your beds) and told us that because of a towel left on the bathroom floor and the sheets being pulled off the beds (we were drying them to kill the bed bugs) we would not be getting our deposit or refund back. The place has lots of potential but is severely neglected by cleaning crews and should not be open for business until it has been cleaned and passes a health department inspection
When we got there we cldnt get in nor get ahold of anyone , there was a big roof leak tar spot in the middle of the floor , they left all there equipment in the cabin , no heat , shower being held together with tools , the road is 50 yards away ,, non satisfying place to stay ,, cant get ahold of anyone about our security deposit!!!!! NOT RECOMMENDED TO STAY HERE unless u want ripped off !!!!!!!!!!
