If I could give zero starts I would. My mother went to this shop to get some flyers translated from Spanish to English and printed. Jesus (the shop owner) told my mother that the work would take 1 week and she paid a $300 deposit. After a week with no updates about her flyers, she tried contacting Jesus and he never answered or always had an excuse for the work not being done. She went to the store multiple times and he was never available. Finally, 3 weeks later my mother received the draft of the flyers and there were multiple spelling/grammar errors, the pictures were cut off and it looked horrible. She told him about the errors and he wanted HER to fix the errors. When she told him she wasnt going to fix it because she paid a lot of money for it to be done correctly and that she wanted a refund, he claimed that his work was done and that he would not give her her money back and hung up on her. He is very unprofessional and never gave my mother what she paid for or a refund. Do not shop here!! He even took more money for the deposit than he was supposed to. On the receipt it says they require a 65% deposit. The total for the job my mother was paying for was $400 so he should have only charged $260 and he took an extra $40. My mother never approved any of the work he sent her, she never received any corrected drafts, she never even received the incorrect flyers and he still has not refunded her money. Scam!! Scam!! Scam!! The photos that I included are only two mistakes out of many more. And he shows just how professional he is by replying to my review with threats and lies.
