I ordered an outfit for my fur baby. Tried to leave my purchase review with this company and they changed my review star? I had given them a 3 and they changed it to a 5 on their own. Unacceptable! The outfit fits fine however, there are small holes forming by the seam already and it is much thinner than expected. I also tried to leave a review through a site called trust pilot. DO NOT do this as they require your email addresses to be shared at the end. I will not give this to them just for a review. Do not trust this trust pilot site! Not happy at all with all of this. Giving your own company your own star ratings to make the company better is NOT ok!

They suck at replying to emails, waited 4 days and no reply. Shocking customer service, I simply do not understand why so long for an online website.
I was having a hard time finding a good ring bearer gift. I stumbled upon this website the week of the rehearsal dinner. Even ordering it with express shipping, it was scheduled to arrive the day after the rehearsal dinner. I contacted customer service and explained my predicament. I was amazed they were able to bump up the arrival date to get it to me in time. I was able to give our 3-year-old ring bearer his present at the dinner and he loved it!

Horrible! I ordered a pair of customized pjs for a friend's birthday and was charged twice by Customized Girl. When I emailed customer service to ask about the charge, they told me that it was a "holding" charge and would drop off in 7 business days ... TWO MONTHS LATER ... I am still dealing with the double charge and trying to get reimbursed. If I have known that it would be this much of a hassle, I would have made the pjs myself. Avoid the drama and order from another company.
