I paid Extra to enclose a Pre-typed card with my Glitter Bomb Prank card using my selected words. They sent the Glitter Bomb card but NOT WITH THE PRE-TYPED CARD that I paid extra for. When I sent an email to their customer service I get a reply back that said "IT WAS NASTY AND MEAN". Are you kidding me? Its a Prank Card! Where do they get off acting in a CENSORSHIP position after accepting my payment but NOT delivering it? DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY USING PRANKS ANONYMOUS AND LOOK AT HOW MANY BAD REVIEWS THEY ALREADY HAVE.

Horrible customer service ordered Jan 5th paid extra for shipping messaged Gina in customer service she said to contact USPS I contacted USPS they said they still haven't received the package I screenshotted the tracking from USPS to Gina and no response wish they had a phone number very upset..... I contacted Customer service last Thursday and today with no response

I bought a glitter card with extra glitter for my Best Friend for her birthday I get this dinky little card in the mail plus the card was not cheap for what it was she opened it nothing the glitter stayed in the card I was not happy at all what a ripoff I would not buy another card from your company I should be able to get My money back!!!! I give you know stars!!!!
