I have lived at Hverford West for couple of years because of the location but I don't recommend anybody to lease this apartment. Everything in the apartment is getting old and broken while they have poor maintenance and poor management. Most of the time the manager is not in the office.

I live at Oasis apartments and have lived here for over a year. 2 years at the end of June. Recently Oasis got a new management company One Seed Management. Axiom, who was the old property manager, is saying that I still owe Marchs rent enough though my fiancé and I have proof that they cashed our check! We even sent them a bank statement showing that they cashed it and they still are saying we never paid them. We might be getting evicted due to them saying they never received payment. Its hard to get ahold of a manager at Axiom and get this resolved. If I lose my apartment due to an error on their end I will be livid. I dont recommend doing business with Axiom!

The apartments are nice and good price. Becca the manager show me the place and it was nice she speaks spanish to help me.

So far we are not pleased with this company Axiom property management in Kansas. They just took over our townhouse in November sometime and the difference is clear. First we never had to put salt out the other people made sure everything was clear, repairs were done so fast. When i called about a needed repair a couple days ago i wasnt told when they would be here or even if, how it works nothing. Dang my name and address wasn't even asked so i just started telling info i felt was needed. I was told end of November when i called to ask how do i pay the rent etc...that i would get info on policy things like moving, renewing, late fees, month to month info all that bust its almost January still nothing. I think I'm really going to need the info about moving. So far not good. I sure hope they dont expect us to pay cause we pay a lot of money, dont expect rent if you can't do what you're supposed to do. Will update review after i see how they are going forward
