Honestly I would think they would have better customer service being a BMW dealership. I took my uncle there for service for his car. Lady was very rude. I get better service at Toyota. I think it's under the same ownership but Toyota is way better!

The Agent was polite and very courteous but I was very disappointed with the looong wait time. I arrived at 10:15a.m for a 10:30 appointment and didn't receive my keys to leave until approximately 14:30 p.m.. A diagnosis to check "service engine light" an oil change was done and I was there for about 5 hours despite my appointment. Not much work for the time I waited.

Just bought a 2023 X5 from the guys over at Rick Hendrick BMW and had a phenomenal experience from start to finish. The car buying process is typically not for the faint of heart. The team here was able to wildly exceed my expectations on the customer service side and make it a peaceful experience. Eric and Alex assisted with research and paperwork, Oliver helped with financing, and Adam walked me through all of the amazing technology and features of my new ride. I can't thank the team enough for going above and beyond to make this experience top-notch! I'll never go anywhere else for a new car.

Worst customer service I have ever had, I purchased a extended warranty on my 330i when I purchased it. Its a 2018 and has 25,000 miles on it and I have had nothing but issues with the electrical malfunctions. (Which are covered by warranty) I explained to Terry & Urie how important it is for me to have a safe vehicle to drive because its was used to drive my elderly father that has dementia & in a nursing home in waltoboro back in fourth to his doctors appointments, service doesnt seem to know how to do anything right during my experience with this place. The SOS electrical part was covered, but not the PSI electrical part. 547.00 to fix! Then I was told they wasnt trying to make money off of me because they had hundreds of cars they were trying to get fixed , which speak volumes about the problems with these cars! I will never purchase another car from them again. Extremely disappointed in the car and the experience. I will be selling this car once its fixed and buying from another reliable dealership. Do your research on this dealerships, & dont always believe the 5 star ratings, they have people who write those to cover the bad reviews.
