Sir, I understand that you bought a distressed property and with that comes challenges. You hired us after your purchase when all 4 of your Tenants/Squatters, were not paying you any rent. We filed evictions on all 4 of your Tenants and got all of them out. The charges for trash removal included labor, securing all windows with wooden stakes-since they had no locks and squatters were going in/out. It also included removing a mound of trash from all 4 unit set out that was infested with roaches and hypodermic needles. To keep our staff safe, we had to get a skid loader to remove all of the trash in fear of being infected. I am sorry that you had Buyer's remorse but we did the job you hired us to do. Kendy was horrible, I hire for management my apartment. She do anything without asking me or my opinion And hire cleaning service without asking me and send me bill $1180 4unites for remove trash inside N outside, not include cleaning. When i go to check around building see some cloth- and some piece of bed frame at side of the building. I paid $1180 for trash remove ? unacceptable. Nothing kill you slow than peoples you hire start betray you? Kendy&Brayan stay a way with those 2? hate this company. I BELIEVE IN KARMA IF YOU PUT NEGATIVE VIBES TO EVERYBODY THAT'S ALL YOU'RE GOING TO GET BACK, SOONER OR LATER.
I am sorry that you were unhappy with our service. The home you rented did have some challenges as we went through your Tenancy due to the property being an 83+ year old farmhouse. We addressed all of your issues in a timely manner. I wish you better luck in your home purchase.

So I'm just going to be as honest as possible about this company I am currently renting from. i have n 10 months had a boxelder bug infestation do to poor insulation which remains to be fixed. I have had a sewage smell issue where the plumbing to this home was poorly installed and the first 2 months my fiance and 3 year old son was inhaling the waste we was flushing. After that I got shocked due to poor and faulty electricity throughout this home. U cut on the dryer the lights flicker .. just last week we killed two mice n our kitchen and I sent pics and n two weeks someone responded to it. And THEN after that the power went out and we was in the cold with a flooded basement . NOW I have tried to detail the condition of this home and get things fixed and remain professional . But TODAY on the coldest day of this cold front a day BEFORE easter Sunday the basement flooded AGAIN(although metro says it does not flood) and the water burned out the control board to the furnace!!! So we have no heat in a home we are paying 1150 a month for. Now the maintenance guy they sent out said the control board is burnt out and he relayed the message to them and it's on them to fix. This isn't something I came up with out my A$#. Metro tells me basically we will see about it monday.. the last time the power went out thru the house They said get a hotel. So I'm paying 1150 a month to go get a hotel room?? Let's run this down together .1.sewage inhalation our waste we flush was coming back up the pipes thru our shower DRAIN 2. Boxelder bugs infestation (not 10 to 20 im talking 40 to 50 flying thru our home)3. Electricity going in and out and I got shocked and power was out on coldest night and I was told get a room)4. Mice. Two if them to be exact.. I killed them 5. Now the basement foundation is leaking and water has burned out the furnace a day Before Easter Sunday and my 4 year old is wrapped n blankets n a house managed by kendy darling and metro management realty because we have no heat AGAIN. Living nightmare I'm convinced either all these other reviews are FAKE or they are employees only.. I feel bad as a parent I have my child n this situation ....
I have never been fortunate enough to have a property management team who seem as if they really care. Kendy and the rest of the team at Metro Realty & Management make the best team. I never call unless I have an issue that is important to my family and they treat each of my calls with urgency and promptness. The staff here are top notch and I would recommend this company to anyone.

Read before hiring as property manager. This is one of worst property managers I have ever used. Prior to hiring this team, I looked up reviews, BBB ratings etc. Nothing seemed to stick out so I went ahead and used Kendy and her team. This was a big mistake. They made my life more stressful by their lack of responsiveness, professionalism and accuracy. I felt as if I had no control of what happened at my properties as it was their way or the hwy. They refuse to give you a copy of their lease. Which is highly suspicious. Total lack of transparency. Monthly statements would often have accounting mistakes. Their year end statements are a complete mess. Kendy would often ignore emails, phones calls for days, weeks at a time. I am not sure if she has too many properties on her plate to manage but needless to say I will never recommend this property management group to anyone. The saying "you get what you pay for" is an understatement. They nickle and dime you on everything. The 10% they charge each month only covers rent collection and inaccurate bookkeeping. Save yourself a headache and manage your property or use another company in Kentucky.
