Unreliable, over charge for work not asked to be done and do not complete the job! no follow up after they fail to finish the work, they have been blowing us off for months now and blaming us for their mistake for months now. AVOID, AVOID AVOID!!!

Spoke to representative inquiring in vented and ventless fireplace options to replace an existing gas fire log set. Was asked to submit email with details and photos. It's been 2 weeks, no response. I got more help at the big box stores, dont waste your time. They want $80 just for an estimate. Seems if they want your business they would take advantage of a free opportunity for a sales pitch. Would not recommend.
