I recently moved to San jose and was looking for waxing salons near me.I booked the appointment for weekend for which they said to pay in advance which I did and they were prompt in that. I was on time but unable to find the location so I called their number and no one picked up the call. On reaching there lady spoke to me rudely with so much attitude and said she won't be able to do the service as I am 10 minutes late. I said her that you did not answer my call on which she replied we don't answer calls and they were not willing to refund my money. Horrible experience!!!
