Some old lady cut my hair and everything that she cut wasn't right. I told her fix the mess she did but did more worst. She is a very messy stylist cause i got hair all over my body. She ruined my side burns. I want to get this fixed. Very easy on how i explained to her what cut i wanted and she told me she can do it. Im not very happy with my haircut.

When I checked in, it said a 40 minute wait time, I was okay with that. After nearly a hour and 15 minutes, they called my name. The hair cut part was fine. I got a triple play, but when it came time to pay, i was charged for a double MVP. So my cut went from $19.00 to $26.00 without any kind of justification or explanation. The lady who cut my hair could not tell me why there was a $7.00 price increase other than "it is what it is". I did not receive the double MVP, only the Triple play that I requested. The only thing she could tell me about the bait and switch pricing was that they are under new ownership?!?! I don't get how that means you can charge more for less with no explanation? I've been a loyal Sports Clips supporter for over five years, I do not think I will be returning after this.
