The lady I spoke with was really nice. The establishment was clean & well-organized. I only have 3 stars because, the lady I spoke to didn't have all of the information I needed & the person she recommended I speak to has not responded to my email. (She verified the email had been, at least, opened before I left the store. I do hope for the opportunity to conduct business with them.

Brands and Threads has been a great company for our clinic to work with! They were up front about cost by providing detailed quotes and updated them along the way with mock ups and pictures. Justin designed a beautiful logo for us and provided a branding guide so that colors and fonts were cohesive across all platforms. We went back to Brands and Threads for our website, t-shirts, banners and branded tablecloths. They provided several different options and directions for each project; they really captured who we are as a veterinary clinic. They were also very responsive and gave frequent updates on the production timeline. The third party company printed our banners with errors, but Justin made sure to have them corrected and ready for pickup before our deadline at no additional charge. We love Brands and Threads!
