Sam is the best human on earth. And so is PPG. Edit; original post was from TCG Con in Louisville, KY. Went to the store front in Miami, and the customer service wasn't great. I was curious about a card that was listed as "heavy play" and wanted to see it before buying it. I was told I had to purchase the card, then see it, then if I don't like it return it? I dont understand why I wasn't about to simple see the card instead of paying to see it essentially. I'm sure the people are great, but customer service and weird business practices for sure. Side note: I was there for yugioh and even saw binders marked yugioh and they were not offered when I asked about singles.

I am very disappointed with the product I received from this store. Unfortunately, all the packs in my Hidden Fates Elite Trainer Box were resealed. Meaning that someone opened the packs, resealed them with a iron and glue, then put them back into the box and resold them. I have photo evidence of the obvious resealing technique that was used. Edit: after contacting their store about this claim, I was met with skepticism and asked to provide a video of me opening the cards to verify. Which is definitely something people do when they buy a product from a "legitimate" store and expect factory sealed product. Review holds firm (Customer service 0-Stars)

my girl bought me some cards from these guys terrible customer service, packaged damaged cards and better yet used worn holos pretty shady place never buy from these guys!!
