Went there once and received a name brand peel, the same peel as offered by another nearby spa. I've had the peel at that spa before but they were booked up and my schedule was busy so thought why not. Paid $130 and no results whatsoever. No peel; nothing. Then to top it off I call another day to buy a Clarosonic since they told me they are cheaper than everyone, which they are by $20. They told me at 5:05 pm that they are open till 6pm. I fight Louisville traffic to get there at 5:40 pm and what do you know. They left early!! Totally wasted my gas and time. I even tried to call 5 min after I initially called and I should have known the front desk lady was itching to leave early!
