Long delays for items to arrive. Items arrive damaged. Have to pay to return and still waiting for a refund 2 weeks later. Hours of queues during the summer to get in the shop. I don't think Covid is a good enough excuse for such appalling service. This place shouldn't have a monopoly on my children school's uniform
Queued for 6 hours to get in when they shut the doors just before closing saying they weren't serving anymore. A man who got very aggressive came to the door and had a go the security decided to serve him despite him being far down the queue and there being a good 30 families infront of him. This then made those in the queue really angry. The manager came out and decided to serve the rest of the queue and open later. The queue had been a mess for days with the pandemic families struggling financially or isolating more should of been done. People were spending far too long in the shop families should of been on a time limit to help serve more people. And there should of been a pop up shop to help with demand. The service once in store was great and I was appreciative of the staff for serving us past closing time but this shouldn't happen.
Friendly staff and good service. Ive shopping with them for years for school uniform and sports kit. Good range of products. Recommend visiting earlier in the school holidays as can get busy at times
The manager didn't make up his own rules. Hewitts insist on wearing face mask to protect our customers & staff. Your were asked to leave our store because of your rude, agressive foul language, then your mother called & was even more rude & agressive. We have emailed the school to inform them of the situation. Glad to see you were able to order online later today

Manager makes up his own rules regarding wearing of masks in his shop ..would not give name when he was asked either. The rule is now we do not have to wear masks ..we can choose our own items not have to wait at the door!! This is discrimination against those with a disability ..if you don't like the rules Ian...hand over the right to be the only supplier in the area .. Terrible service ! Article 9 Accessibility 1.
