We returned10 mins before closing time and the door was already closed. We had been sold shirt with the security tags still attached and when we returned to the target that had closed early they refused to reopen the gate and take the tags off.
The customer service especially from the manager was very poor, I had to return a faulty item that was almost new and he wanted to argue with me and was going to refuse me a refund until I said I wasnt walking back out of the store with the product I was returning. I got a target returns card which is all I wanted. Shame I overheard the manager saying he was just going to chuck out the faulty item. How is anyone meant to fix the problem if they dont know about it?
I was with my sister around 12:30 and we where at the self service (brookside) and the two ladies that where working (27/4/18, around 12) didn't even acknowledge my sister or I. Not even a "hi how are you" .Rude. But they both acknowledged the two people next to us. Another customer and us walked out at the same time and she said "thank you have a nice day" to them but not us. Bad service. Very unwelcoming. Didn't make us feel comfortable or acknowledged as we where paying customers.
