DO NOT RECOMMEND. We agreed to work with this company to address some water issues in our basement. The products that were proposed by Rick seemed appropriate, but the quality of the service and installation is far below expectations. The work that was completed is sloppy and of poor quality. We have asked for an inspection and have requested follow up service, but we have experienced continued excuses and delay. No one from the company has been back to our home since April 7th, 2021. Previously we had a product installed and did not have water on our basement floor. Following the work done by this company we are seeing moisture on the floor after light rain where there was none before. They are not following up to warranty their work, and they have not made a reasonable attempt to address the poor quality of their work. We have not finished paying for this installation, but we were told by Rick that he would come back to reevaluate prior to receiving full payment. No response after several requests.

Many years ago I had absolute come out and waterproof my basement and had issues with it still backing up. My boyfriend ended up putting more drains in himself to try and help drain the water. A few times they told me that our lines just needed to be flushed out. I do this a few times a year. This year however my lines are not flushing out letting me know I have a clog somewhere. My basement started backing up. I called and explained I needed my lines flushed as my basement was flooding and was made to wait over week for my apt. Rick came out last Thursday 3/31 and checked to only agree with me that they needed flushed and someone would call later that day or the next to follow up. I heard nothing. Monday came and I called them back and left message only to have no response. I called again Tue and Wed and finally Wed Rick called me back and said the office should have called to schedule my apt and for sure someone would call me back that day and again NOTHING! I called before they closed and left another message. I called again Thursday and finally Rick called back saying they were calling but it was the wrong number on my account, but every time I left a message I left my correct number. Anyway when Rick called he finally told me that my lines needs flushed out but they dont do it anymore so I have to get a plumber to do it!!! Really??? Why tell me you are going to schedule an appointment if you dont do it anymore? I waited 2 weeks and have been clearing water out of my basement with a shop vac for 2 weeks for you to tell me nothing. So unprofessional and their follow up is horrible!! They do not stand by their work! I would have preferred to know right away that they no longer flush lines out. I could have looked into another company instead of dealing with them!!

Our goal is to never over sell and offer the wrong solution, and to be fair. We are grateful that you chose us. Since we're replying the day before Christmas Eve, Merry Christmas! After buying a home we realized the basement needed water proofing. With our daughters room in the basement we were looking for a company that we could trust and could get the job done quickly and efficiently. We called three companies and received quotes. Absolute Water Solutions quoted our basement at a third of the cost of the other companies and had the work scheduled and completed quickly. They did an amazing job and was extremely professional. With all this rain we can honestly say our basement is completely dry!!! They also offer a lifelong guarantee! We are so thankful for Mike and his crew!

We had our basement waterproofed in 2016? Water had been an issue for over 20 years. They completely fixed our issues and we have not seen a drop of water since. Definitely would recommend.
