Where to begin...placed the order for windows in August 2021, was told there was a 16 week lead time, which was fine. Once they received our windows, they called to schedule an install date, which was scheduled for a December 28th, 2021. A few days prior to our install date, they call to tell me that one of our picture windows was cracked and they had to reorder it, so we had to push out the installation date. Soonest installation date was January 14th 2022. January 14th comes and I don't get a phone call until 430pm when the installer tells me he won't be able to make and ask to reschedule again. I tell him sure (big sigh) Jan 18th would be fine. We agree for him to be there at 9am...he calls at 945 on the day of and tells me he's finishing up another job about 30 minutes away and will be at my place around noonish. Noonish comes and haven't heard anything, so I call the company and speak to someone regarding my frustrations about the whole situation. While speaking to one of the owners, the installer calls me to let me know he's finally on his way. If you need windows, get multiple bids. Cheapest option isn't always the best. I may update this after windows are finally installed, but we shall see.

Only gave a 4 because the wrong colored trim was being installed. Luckily we had the receipt to prove we ordered ivory. However the problem was solved quickly and painlessly. Just added some extra time for installation. Would have given a 5 otherwise.

They were very nice and i like my windows but anything they tell you about energy savings is a flat out untrue absolutely saves you nothing
