Let me just start out in saying that this does not have to do with their grooming. Only with their puppy selling/dealing practices. They claim to be sellers of puppy from home bred litters. This is untrue. They give you zero information on where the dogs are from. This is a red flag. I was naive and believed that they were better than this. I want to also preface by saying that this is my experience and what I've experienced was a LOT of back and forth, lying and now false claims. But I have screenshots. And I have proof. I have attached PROOF of everything I'm saying. So you can make your own educated decision. On April 17, I put the $500 deposit down for a Pug puppy. It started when I called this business because I was confused. Is this a pet grooming service? A pet adoption place? They called me back and said that they happened to have a pug and he was 8 weeks old and he would be $1800. I asked if anyone else was on the list for him and was told no, but FUNNY thing right? 4 other people called before hand about pugs and just suddenly, they had a pug from last night. I go ok, so I go there. Completely unprovoked, the guy, Jesse (who was the main person who I dealt with) said that he'd lower the price to 1650. Looking back, this was such a trick to get rid of the pup. I said ok, what's the deposit. Jesse says half but that he'd allow 500 cash as a deposit. I again, stupidly say OK. I go to the ATM and get that cash for him right away and sign a deposit contract that says that once you put it down, you HAVE to get the dog otherwise you lose the deposit. It is unrefundable and you have to get the dog within 3 days. I come back the next day, April 18 to pick up the dog. I was over the moon. I loved him so much and made sure he never touched anything and was careful because Jesse really scared me about Parvo and how he needs to be careful about touching anything and meeting anyone until he gets his second round of shots. I understood. I took him home and really bonded with him. Never let him leave my sight or home. April 20 early morning I noticed something was very wrong. He was lethargic, had diarrhea, and was vomiting. I was very scared something was wrong with him so I took him to the vet but on the way there, I called SpoiledPup asking for advice. They said maybe give him food and see if he wants it. I said ok, and tried to give him a treat but of course he's so sick he cares little for it. I get to the vet and they want to do a Parvo test and say ok. The test came out positive. (proof attached below). This came out about 48 hours from point of sale. I was conflicted because the bill cost at 7k with a 50/50 chance of living. I was so heartbroken, and I felt this was unfair since the contract (attached) said he was seen and good to go according to a vet. This is untrue. Incubation for Parvo is at least 3 days so you can do the math. They sold me a Parvo puppy. I texted them and they wanted him back (see attached) and I was worried that they wouldn't take care of him. They assured me that they would and if the dog was better they PROMISED that I could buy him back. This is not how it played out. The next day after I gave him back (stupidly because I trusted them again) and yes, they gave me my money back. But this does not absolve them of selling me a sick dog to a known contagious disease that may be rampant in their business. The next day they claimed he was doing just fine, that it was a false parvo test, & then days later they claim that the breeder wouldn't wanna sell the dog back. There's no proof that the dog didn't have parvo, and no proof that the "breeder" has decided to keep the dog. I don't want to make accusations based on what I think MIGHT be happening, but I believe that the dog may be dead due to their extreme negligence, and are trying to cover it up with claiming that the breeder suddenly doesn't want to sell the dog. When I confronted them about it they mentioned that this happens a LOT. So please, be careful about getting a dog from them. I would personally not play with this.

Do not waste your time going here to buy a dog. Spent better part of an hr getting and paying for a dog. Jumped through hoops providing id's backup id's copies of card and basically life history. Getting ready to walk out the door and the owner is afraid it's fraud so refunded my money (tied up for three business days before receiving funds. And told my seven year old he couldn't have the dog. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. YOUR CHILD WILL GO HOME SAD AND ALONE.

They Don't care about the dogs if you love your pet avoid this place
