I would give 5 stars if it werent for the horrible parking situation. The airport is modern, clean, has good security and plenty shops. But parking is a nightmare, especially for people with disabilities. I really wish they had taken into consideration that a lot of elderly or disabled people have a very hard time now to find parking close to the actual airport building, before they turned the whole first floor into rental car parking and take away handicap access/ parking! We finally found parking on the 3rd floor somewhere in the back because everything was full, and then had to walk what seemed like half a mile to the elevator, which was of course out of order! We had to carry our suitcases and carryons down the stairs and then cross a street to get into the airport building. A week later we returned from our trip and that elevator was still not working! We had to walk to the other end of the building to use another elevator if we didnt want to haul our luggage up the stairs! Thats too much work to get to the car. They can do better!
Terrible. Wouldnt let me check in my bags 30 minutes before departure. Gave me a new flight, which was DELAYED. Said they cant do anything about it and left me with no other options. Could tell they really didnt care about what I had to do, lady laughed in my face and said I wouldnt make it past security in time even though I definitely would have if they hadnt kept me at the front desk forever.
