Since you absolutely refuse to respond to me on any site in which I have reached out. You have had my funds since 09/30 you have the unit I "purchased" up for sale on your twitter RIGHT NOW & you told me you would return my money in 3/4 days. You went complete radio silence for a week now, and you have my $1075.00 I have NOTHING to show for it. Give me my money back. 09/23 I reach out to enquire about the unit 09/26 We settle on a price and he sends me his venmo link then already. We make plans for 11am 09/27 I show up closer to noon, guess what, it's broken. I drove almost 2 hours. I sat and waited all afternoon for you who told me it would be ready finally at 5pm you tell me to head home as it's not going to work. 8:32 that night you message me that you fixed it 09/30 we finally come to an agreement that you will ship the unit free of charge and send me tracking information oh and you recieved my money 10/02 FINALLY after DAYS of me asking for any kind of update (I even offered to drive back down and pick the n64 up) You message me at 10p, to tell me it DOESNT WORK I ask for a refund. 10/03 You tell me thursday I will get refunded, oh and this is the LAST time you have talked to me. It has been 5 days of silence this is unacceptable, @ReTech how would you feel if the roles were reversed?

Elijah and his team are fabulous! Is there anything they can't fix? If there is I haven't found it! They can fix the 3DS! So as Nintendo starting to phase out the 3ds and you want to keep your games, better get them in to Re Tech for a check up or repair! They fixed mine twice! Dropped it!Anything Nintendo, Re tech can fix it! But that's not all!! My Apple laptop was so slow they cleaned it up and got it up and running again! My old hand held Sega game gear they got up and running! They also have older systems refurbished so you can purchase! Now I am waiting to see if they were able to repair my ipod classic! I'll keep you up to date!

Everything I wanted to get done, Elijah has done it. He was able to replace the frontlight of my GBA SP, the battery of my old Pokémon game, and added a couple of mods to my GameCube. He offers many services for other game consoles and devices. If you want to give your electronics a second chance at life, I would HIGHLY suggest reaching out to him!

Elijah at ReTech saved us $700 by replacing a part that had broken off of the motherboard of our vinyl cutter. The company told us they would need to replace the entire motherboard, but ReTech looked at it, had the part in stock, and had the motherboard back to us in a couple of days.....only costing us $50. The vinyl cutter is already back together and working perfectly! I can't tell you how much we appreciated Elijah's expertise and quick turn-around! We will definitely use ReTech again in the future.
