I have several of their shirts. very poor work. The shirts are cracking and fading after only a few months. The company refuses to stand behind their product. As a professional for many years and owner of a business of my own , I'm very disappointed in the companies way of backing their product and work. I have purchased shirts at the dollar store that have been better quality then these shirts.
I am very sorry you feel this way Yvonne. Let me start by saying that during this continued pandemic over the past year and half many businesses have suffered very difficult times in receiving product in a timely manner. Most production around the world has ceased making it that much more difficult. Apparel being one of them. I do show 43 communications via email with you explaining this unfortunate situation. We did our best to produce your shirts whether they were ice blue or white just to get your order complete and shipped. I do not recall your request for "Expedited Shipping" as this is something we would have never refused as we have done this many times for numerous customers. Your apparel order was approved on May 12 and shipped on June 21 so it did not take 3 months to get your order. In reference to your art creation our illustrators take many hours for these creations and it is always done to our customers satisfaction which you did approve on May 11. The so called "Extra $200" was for your custom design which was totally separate from your apparel order. It clearly states the following on all of our invoices for art creation "All artwork remains the property of OBG and the artist and under no circumstances will be released". Again you approved this invoice on April 29. I don' see any issue with the quality of the design and/or shirts so I assume you were pleased with the final product. We are very fortunate that a majority of our customers are aware of these trying times and for the most part have been very sympathetic. Again, I am sorry you were not pleased with the services we provided as we did our very best.

Very Disappointed! After placing an order we get told weeks later after I reached out that our shirts have been back ordered. After waiting about 2 months I reached out again and asked if we could simply just change the shirt brand so we don't have to keep waiting (which could have been offered to us right away) but then come to find out it was the wrong color we were even waiting for all that time that was back ordered! After fixing our order I asked if they could at least expedite shipping and was just told no. We finally get our shirts almost 3 months later and our kids shirts still came in the wrong color, they did not even offer to send those in the correct color we just had to accept it! We also paid an extra $250 for our original image we already had to get copied and some text to be changed. When I asked politely for a copy of our new image file that we paid for to just have for ourselves they refused to give it me and said we dont like to do that. Poor customer service they did not try to make anything right after expressing our disappointment with our experience. Was looking for a long relationship for customized products for both our business and personal products but will now be taking our business else where.
Ocean Blue did a great job for me in creating some amazing fishing shirts for my family. It was my parents Anniversary trip and we were working with a very tight deadline, but Alan and his team pulled it off and the shirts are awesome! Will definitely use them again in the future
We were notified by Mr. Tamagni 6 months after he had the shirts in his possession. Even though such a long period of time had lapsed we did our best to help resolve his concerns. We went above and beyond what any other business owner would have done under these same set of circumstances. We are apparel decorators and highly reputable in our industry and have been so for over 13 years. What Mr. Tamagni fails to communicate is that Ocean Blue Graphics issued him a $500.00 credit as a courtesy, which is what we feel he was looking for right from the beginning. I guess that wasn't good enough. You can't please all of the people all of the time and this is one of those instances.

terrible experience with Ocean Blue Graphics! artwork on the shirts looked amazing, BUT in less than 4-6 months of wearing them the ink severely cracked and in my opinion, they do not support their product nor stand behind their work... would not recommend them!
