It has been a nightmare dealing with Willbanks for last 4 years. We have purchased higher end kitchen cabinets from Willbanks in the beginning of 2018 for our retirement new home. We paid $10k deposit in March. The new cabinets were delivered in May but with much inferior products. The owner refused our request for replacement and demanded rest of the payment immediately or put lien on our house… We ended up in the court (Case No.: A-18-779683-C). The Court of Clark County Nevada rewarded us with returning our full deposit and maximum legal fee allowed in March 2020. Life was miserable without a kitchen for almost 8 months! It took Willbanks one and half years to honor the Court verdict. Please review your purchase document very carefully and better compare with other legit sellers’. You should ask for a detailed quality contract and hire a true independent contractor for installation. Fighting for your right if you encounter problem with their products!
