This is one of the worst experiences I have had with a company. I ordered a jacket in October and was told it would be here November 15. Here it is December 2nd and I still haven't received it. I keep getting the run around on everything and it is absolutely ridiculous. I would not recommend this store to anyone. Once I get my jacket I will not be returning my business unless I get an explanation and an apology for having terrible customer service.

The sizing is WAY off, and the company does not accept returns. I have purchased Next Level t-shirts before, and this is NOT the sizing of my other shirts. "fitted" means tight as a glove, so order at least two sizes above what you normally would. In addition, it took over a month for shipping. I really wanted to support this company, but am super disappointed in the handling of the transaction. I will say, that when I asked for a return, I received a response within the same day. I'm actually surprised at the other reviews, because I don't think it should take 4-6 weeks for a product, and I was told to find someone else to give the shirt to. I guess I just made a donation.
