Don't expect any of your rent deposit back. Might as well left the house a mess at that point. Recharged me for carpet cleaning, house cleaning and painting with "nail holes" that were there when I moved in. I even have pictures to prove the house was spotless! I would not recommend to anyone!

I wish I could leave 0 stars. After watching my close friends deal with issue after issue with this company, I would NEVER rent from them. Truly sub-par in all realms. Save yourself the headache and just rent with a company that actually treats its tenants like human beings.

Im writing this review on behalf of my boyfriend who has rented from this company. All in all this company was well all around. Other than the fact that when we moved into the home , it did not appear professionally cleaned. Also when they had potential future renters visit the property, they were not considerate of our schedule. On a high note we believe in following the rules and returning the property in better conditions than what was received as. In doing so, Tara noticed the effort and was lenient in looking over a few things that were off. Maintenance was properly attended to. No other issues than that. We received full deposit, lived comfortably, left in good standings. Ps. We moved due to owner wanting to raise rent. If that didnt happen, wed happily have extended.

Awful customer service, zero professionalism. My broker agency closed and sold my lease to Rincon Ventures, since then every interaction I've had regarding my property has been disappointing and frustrating. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I've had no positive experiences-- would not recommend!
