I bought a 2017 Honda CR-V and was promised an added year of breakdown cover and warranty, to be sent to me within 10 days of purchase.. I have rung 4 times now (its approaching a month and I live 100 miles away) and despite various promises from various people. Nothing has arrived. No post purchase service at all............
I purchased a Honda earlier this week. The team selling are brilliant... nothing was to much trouble for them, the process was easy. I drove my new car outwith a big smile on my face. Thank you Brad ,thank you Rhys.
Been problems ever since the car was purchased. Took cat back been back many times changed parts that did not cure problems. Then they said warranty does not cover finding out the problems. Also have to pay to fix...? Warranty is not any good at all !!!! Be careful when you buy a car from them.
