DO NOT UNDER ANY DESPERATE CIRCUMSTANCE ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH THESE PEOPLE. I wish negative star ratings were possible. I am in a lease agreement currently, and was hung up on when requesting an itemized list of charges, after being insulted, and then was texted to not attempt to come into the office or I'll be asked to leave? All I want is a conversation with someone because there are so many inconsistent charges and I still hach multiple *dangerous* issues in my unit that have yet to be solved. (No smoke detectors, mold, carpet fraying exposing staples and nails.. ect..) I'm corresponding with the OWNER and she Is throwing a worse than my toddler does. Please-especially if you have kids that you want to provide a safe/healthy home for.
Applied for a townhome with this company, they got right back to me, letting me know that I was approved for it. Was told I'd be called the following day, except it didn't happen, started trying to contact them...won't answer phone calls, won't return calls, that was 5 days ago. They basically took the application fees and bailed... don't even bother.
So far no complaints. I have been on the phone with lyndsy, nicole, rebecca, montana and they have been very helpful from the time we were found out about the apartment openings to any and all issues with the place. And yes a bit of a pain to deal with them mostly cuz of the cases theyre allowed to handle but otherwise everythings gone great so far. This is second best apartment ive ever lived in
I am the Office Manager at PG Long and get the opportunity to work with RAM and each person I have dealt with has truly been awesome ( Nicole, Ashley, Melanie and Nate ) They are fun to work with and always very very kind. Great team they have!
A California couple, YVONNE HERYFORD and James HERYFORD, acquired the property we rent, Realty Asset Management was granted the contract to manage the Townhomes. Within seven days of managing the property, all tenants received a notice on their door informing us of their tenth inspection in the last month. Whatever. What was shocking and disgusting is the notice said if the tenants don't allow them to enter, their lease would be terminated. My point.....they have managed these townhomes for a Californian couple and within the first seven days they are already threatening the long time tenants who have resided here with termination of their leases. Amazing.
