WAITED ON HOLD FOR 1 HOUR AND 45 MINUTES JUST TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE YESTERDAY. AVERAGE HOLD TIMES ARE IN THE 1 HOUR RANGE. IN THE PAST, I HAVE HAD OPEN PRODUCT DEFECT CASES FOR OVER TWO YEARS. THIS IS JUST A COMPANY THAT DOES NOT CARE ABOUT IT'S CUSTOMERS.
I switched from Quorum to CDK in November and I must say BIG MISTAKE, they took my money and ran, nothing works right and all they ever say is "they have submitted a case" and nothing happens.
The worst vendor I have dealt with in the 8 years of being in the car business. I constantly have to resubmit cases due to them being done incorrectly, their customer service is horrendous, and their website is clunky and slow. We unfortunately have to use CDK Global due to a manufacturer requirement but if you have the choice to use their product I highly suggest you read the reviews on Facebook and check out their Glassdoor reviews. I've left numerous reviews on the feedback surveys they send in stating how displeased I am with the service being provided but they just don't care. No one has ever reach out to me, I literally had to call and complain until I was able to reach a manager after an hour of waiting on hold.
