The service here is honestly laughable. They refused to show us any examples of installed work or any images of any kind of vision at all and expected us to just trust that they'd do a good job. They were unprofessional and uncooperative. Prices were also exorbitantly high, even for New York. Save yourself the trip and go elsewhere.

This store is only open on Sunday on the weekends so you would expect someone to be there. The receptionist who was there told us she can't tell us anything about the product and that the guy who can "didn't show up today". That doesn't give any confidence in this place so I will take my business elsewhere.

Great service and product. Installation was very professional and they stand behind the product. Came out the next day to tweak the auto shade installation.

I've now used them several times -- wooden blinds, drapes, an upholstered bed- they do really lovely work, and pay attention to your taste/style.
