We are truly disappointed in this company, thier customer relations are some of the worst i have come across, we had a training meeting where all my staff were in the office, with no work booked in, they phoned me up the morning before and said they couldn't make it, and not even offering to send out someone else, eventually we may have someone coming out, we are not sure he now wants to clear up costs of the training the night before, we have asked for a break down of what the 650 +vat is, all we have got is "we will train you" on an email, so we still don't know who what or when all we do know is its costing a lot of money. I find this very unprofessional and now I will have to pay my staff for sitting around due to the incompetence of this company.
Staff very supportive 24/7, the system has benefited my business massively over the past 3 years I have been using this software. Would highly recommend!

I was tasked to build the system into the current company's work flow and data, this took some time but was worth it. I was so impressed with Eworks Manager's ability to cover all aspects of sales and resource within a company and also the way you can adapt it to your specific requirements, the customer support by the Webpoint team, who go above and beyond, that when I set my own company up I choose Eworks Manager as our main resource and CRM system without hesitation. I cannot recommend Webpoint and Eworks Manager enough.
