Just opened up an account as we are planning to switch to One Stop for our business. The customer services person was kind however really struggled to get me an account. I explained to her at least 3 times that she put our business name in wrong and it still is not correct. Talked to the receptionist about the wrong name and she said I would have to call. Who wants to call?!?!? Also person starting our account did not know how to use the program so I had to explain to her to take the dashes out of the phone number to save it and many other things. Would have been way faster and easier to do it myself. Final thing the grab and go that we ordered today was incorrect. Got a tank instead of a T-shirt. Also ordered a hoodie and didnt know the sleeves were a different color. Was told that I couldnt exchange the hoodie because 45 minutes is not enough time to switch them out?!?!? Decided then to return the hoodie and the receptionist wasnt going to tell me there was a restocking fee, I saw it on the computer and asked about it. I felt If I am having a restocking fee then I should charge a fee for not stocking my first order correctly...
Their employees are so broke they can't even afford to tip the delivery driver anytime couple dollars any time they order food there. They should just come work at JimmyJohn's. They don't pay much but it's enough to not leave anyone put out when we order food. How sad
I'm sorry for your inconvenience! It's not an excuse, but we are currently "in-between" permanent receptionists. I will ensure that this is handled by their supervisor.

I used to love coming into One Stop, the girl up front was always friendly and helpful, and new who I was so she had my paperwork ready when I walked in the door. Now, the new receptionist is awful! Shes ALWAYS whining and complaining and I asked her if shed help me do a return, her response was I dont know how to do that, youll have to do that online umm isnt that part of your job? Ive been in a handful of times since shes taken over and things have happened each time so its not like she was just having an off day. Also, stop the dancing and wiggling around, and sighing when the phone rings, its very unprofessional, and makes customers who are up there feel awkward!
