This was a horrible experience. After one initial phone call I spoke with Walter to design a rack card and to kind of give me an idea of what it might look like with my new business logo. He said he would come up with something and send me a draft back and pricing for what it would cost to print. There was never a discussion on price for design time or final production. I was sent back a draft that was nothing what we discussed or anywhere close to what I had in mind. It was nothing more than a copy and paste of the background info I had sent over along with my company logo. I then received a a bill for $150 for considerable design time at $75/hr. Which was NEVER discussed at any point in any of our conversations. I cant see how the editing that was done could have taken more than 15 mins total. Had I known about a design fee for $75/hr I would have politely gone elsewhere. It is extremely unprofessional to hand me a bill for something I never agreed too and no product was ever agreed upon or delivered. Take your business elsewhere folks!
