My (new) husband Michael and I recently used Madix & Co. to organize and design our destination wedding in Napa Valley. Not only is Kaella a genuine person and incredibly easy to work with, but she is also one of the most talented people in the wedding planning space. Her attention to detail, work ethic, and eye for design are unmatched. On our wedding day, everything was executed flawlessly, and she brought our half-baked vision to life. The venue was STUNNING (every detail was perfect), and Kaella seamlessly orchestrated a large crew of vendors behind the scenes and took care of everything. The entire wedding party felt relaxed and was able to enjoy the day without worrying about anything. I cannot recommend her highly enough. If you're planning a wedding (or any event), hire Madix & Co. It's the best decision you can make - we certainly thought so!

Kaella has such a great eye for design and her events are impeccably done. They are each consistently stunning and unique and we were so glad to be able to work with her for our wedding. As a Covid couple, we were uniquely lucky enough to work with Kaella for over 2.5 years while planning our October 2021 wedding (originally scheduled for May 2020). While planning our wedding, we truly went through the gamut with Kaella. In March 2020, we sadly postponed our May 2020 wedding to May 2021 (which was already fully planned and nearly fully paid for) and Kaella was able to rebook all of our vendors and minimize the financial loss as a result, which was amazing. We were all set! Then our wedding venue (Calistoga Ranch) burnt to the ground in the Glass Fire in September 2020. Once again, we couldnt have done it without Kaella who now had to help us find a new venue and re-plan the entire wedding. She handled it all with grace and we were again so grateful to have her help navigating a re-plan. Jokes on us though because we eventually had to figure out a third plan. Our new venue (Four Seasons Napa) was supposed to open in December 2020 and by February 2021, it was clear that it wasnt going to open in time for our May wedding. Take three - we decided to move the entire wedding to October 2021 at the Andaz Scottsdale and Kaella stuck with us once again. Kaella worked her connections and helped us to plan a truly stunning event in a location she had never worked in before. Our final wedding was so incredibly different from our initial vision at Calistoga Ranch, but that was one of the things that was so amazing about Kaella - she was able to translate our initial vision and unique style into something new and fitting for the much more modern Andaz. In the end, we had an amazing wedding and although it was 17 months later than originally planned (and significantly smaller thanks to Covid), we couldnt have been happier. Kaellas experience and vision will truly elevate your special day and youll be so grateful to leave the details in her capable hands while you enjoy a beautiful wedding day. Thank you Kaella!

My wife and I worked with Madix & Co to plan our wedding which was originally scheduled for Aug 2020 and we had to postpone to June 2021 due to Covid. Kaella and her team were wonderful every step of the way, from capturing the style we were hoping for in the design, to helping us choose vendors (always giving us 2-3 options that were vetted which felt like just the right amount of choice), to managing the postponement while keeping all of our vendors and venue intact, and handling all the special details close to the date while dealing with changing re-opening rules. She also made my wife's dreams come true with the most beautiful champagne wall at our wedding! The day turned out absolutely perfectly and was a truly magical experience for us and our guests and we would definitely recommend Madix & Co.!
