VERY unprofessional. Insulted a client on her beautiful art and the scars on her body. Dismissed her even though she scheduled this appointment MONTHS in advance. Pat Schraeder is an awful, cruel person and should not be employed.

Sorry Jack, its a touchy subject for us to make calls in situations regarding hand tattoos. It really is sometimes off guard catching when we are left to explain what we can and cant do. Im happy you were able to find good service in the area.

I walked in and they seemed very nice as I sat down! I was approached by one woman who was extremely awkward and standoff-ish, and then was told that they didnt do tattoos on or around the hands for people who didnt already have them. She then was perplexed trying to explain their hours of business to me. Bad service! I went to another tattoo shop in Ann Arbor who was more than happy to provide what I wanted, and made it much easier!
