Don't ever buy a car from any superior auto dealership. Very bad customer service and the car I bought has 47 reports on car fax which they never told me about. Also I was let go from my job for not being vaccinated for covid. Superior auto will not work with me to help with my payments. Never ever buy a car from them they are scammers.
I worked with Kat and honestly I was dreading the process of purchasing the vehicle but Kat made everything so simple and painless. During the whole process she allowed me to test drive the vehicle instead of waiting around for the approval. Great and friendly environment. No pushy salespeople stalking you. No hassle no wait. And I got the vehicle I wanted, and even though it took 2 days to get the deal done, only due to my own time restraints, Kat made it so convenient and made me feel really comfortable about the entire process and what needed to be done and that I could take my time with getting her the additional info that was needed. Nevertheless Im so happy with my new purchase and would definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking for great cars/suvs at a reasonable price and that doesnt want to deal with the hustle and bustle of normal car dealerships and salesmen. I definitely recommend to come and check them out if you are in the market for a great used car! Kudos to you Kat for helping me with a great deal!

Superior auto is only located in states that do not have a lemon law for used vehicles. I found out why less than 30 days from purchase the steering rack needed replaced. No corporate office to contact and the customer service resolution Dept just forwards your complaint to a very nice local dealership manager who has to submit a request for payment to them, who in turn denies the request. Save yourself the trouble and look else where
