I have enjoyed NYDJ products for quite some time, however, based on the last experience I had with their customer service on 10-23-18 I will NEVER shop with them again. I was actually mocked, yes mocked by a supervisor, and told to "go ahead" and post on social media. He freely gave me his name and challenged me to "do anything". All of this over a refund that is in it's 3rd week and not yet received. Never again will I spend one cent with them.
