Order your books EARLY. Rough customer service, unable to get anyone on the phone, unhelpful emails when they finally respond hours later. I know it is a busy time and it is very difficult with covid, but the past five days of trying to get someone to help me has been impossible and extremely frustrating. When I finally got in touch with someone though, they were fairly quick to help and have orderly and safe pick-up at the store during covid.
Apologies for this experience. We have really needed more help and finally got some student workers to start...part of their training is observing certain procedures before they are able to complete the processes themselves. Unfortunately, we were not able to get them hired sooner so training could occur before the semester began. We appreciate your patience and feedback.

I was a little annoyed after I got help finding my book. There were 4 employees but I had to raise my book and ask if someone can assist me. Two were already helping someone but the one that helped me find my book couldn't ring me in although he came from a register to help me find my book and the other one was watching and listening to the occupied person till I said can you help me.
Be aware with the customer rushes, or you may end up in a longer waiting time than what you thought it would be! Beware!
