It's very disheartening when you get a bad review and though there are 2 sides to every story, Alfredo thought he was treated unfairly and for that I'm sorry - I could go into my side of the story but I'm sure if you're in business you have all had this customer and I don't need to explain any further. I wish him well and would never write a bad review on anyones site. That in itself tells a lot about a person. Wish you well Alfredo.

I'm extremely disappointed in the service I got from this company the person seem very nice very cool to work with I was happy and satisfied after looking into a few different companies I decided to work with this one all of a sudden he stopped taking my calls responding to my text messages he ordered my shirts I supplied the logo he never did my shirts for me today I called his response was too busy to talk today and the last time his response was going out of town for a week I understand some jobs are big some jobs are small but there's just a certain way you're supposed to treat people you know the golden rule. I gave him some advice to feel free to just tell people when hes not intrested so that the person is not waiting for well over a month for a something that he needs to start his own company with everybody matters equally rich or poor at the say you're not intrested instead of having dragging something out a month and a 1/2 I'm washing my same shirt every night to have a clean shirt that's not yet labeled to go to work that is inconsiderate but if you are the type that believes the world revolves around you or maybe you mean the best and you want the best but you're unable to do everything you wish you can do you at least need to be honest with yourself and not hurt other people

I needed screen printing done on the back of my uniforms for my business and an American flag patch put on the arm for all the uniforms. I dropped one off as a test to see their work. I also needed a wrap put on three vehicles and asked for a quote starting with my truck. I think it was brad I talked to but he said he would print the shirt and send me proofs of the wrap. Well two or three months later I hadnt heard anything so I went in and he said he hasnt gotten it done and would get it done in a week and apologized for not getting it done (the shirt was in the same place he had put it when I dropped it off). I came back two to three weeks later. The shirt still not done had moved from the other chair to the chair he sits on everyday. Still no wrap proposal as well. Their web site says we are vinyl wraps more like we are unreliable. The guy that I talked to apologized and said they have been really swamped? Well three months with nothing done I am sure they have accepted more work since then so I obviously wasnt made a priority. Very bad experience.

They are the best! I was in a last minute time crunch to get embroidery done on hats for the people that supported my son's team, and I was going in for a surgery, so I called around for two days and they were noy omly the only ones that would help me buy they did a wonderful job with excellent customer service. I highly recommend these guys yo anyone!!!

We use them for our own customer's needs and absolutely love doing business with these guys. The best quality embroidery, no comparison and they take matters into their own hands to ensure that. Wouldn't trust anyone else with taking care of our projects.

They take forever to get anything done, will give you a firm date they'll have the job finished and then it'll be delayed numerous times. How hard is it to put a piece of fabric under a embroidery machine, punch in the text, and hit start? Well apparently it can take weeks for them to do that here.
