TOTAL SCAM ALERT!!!!! Lefty Productions takes advantage of small woman owned businesses while charging top dollar. They do not support anyone but themselves. They won't finish your project on time and will charge you a storage fee for as long as they can all the while telling you that they are working on your Clothing Line when they arent. 6 months after deadline project was not finished and they continue to try to charge me more money for a job they never finished. Lost all money spent on advertising delaying launch more than a year. Totally ruined the project. They admitted they dropped the ball returned most of my unfinished pieces (not even the samples were finished and we are talking months past deadline), lost equipment and then they keep sending me a bill.

I approached Lefty Productions about an athletic apparel project I am working on after attending a Maker's Row online workshop, which Marta M. their CEO, facilitated. This is my first apparel project and the product is quite complex in design and function. Marta assigned a terrific designer and team to my project and we worked closely together through the design, selection of fabric and sample making process. I just picked up the second sample yesterday and could not be more pleased with the quality, the workmanship and the creative problem solving used by the Lefty Team to overcome some significant challenges I wanted in the garment's function. The workmanship, creativity and collaborative process exceeded every expectation I had. The Lefty Team, in addition to being incredibly talented, are an absolute delight to work with! WOW! Where to start, Lefty is simply fantastic. I contracted Lefty for help producing high quality menswear and their work was amazing. I spoke with a Customer Service Rep about starting a fashion brand and was told a email with more detailed information about client sign up would be coming. I have not heard a thing, no email, no further contact. Thank you for showing me who you really are. I have moved onto another manufacturer.
