We worked with Ward in order to send out some "care packages" to our employees, including some items that were created by the Ward team, and some that we sent in to their location. Ward handled packaging all of these care packages and getting them sent out to our employees. Ashley, our representative with Ward, made everything insanely easy, and was always very communicative and helpful as we were selecting products to create, finalizing lists, and sorting out any and all the little details. As the marketing manager for the company, I cannot recommend Lara and her team highly enough! We have been working with Ward Promo since before my time (3+ years) and they are always spot on. Poor communication, im guessing they are not interested in new customers. Was a 2 star experience but I decided on 4 stars because maybe I just fell through the cracks and my goal in not to hurt a business but to make the owner and others aware of the poor service I recieved.
