Im very disappointed in Austin. I did not feel safe with all the homeless people and the tents. These people need help getting off the streets and underpasses so your city will be beautiful and welcoming again. Not coming back to this fabulous city. So sad!!!

Google Maps takes you to the other side of the big building on 5th Street, whereas it is on 4th street. We missed our tour and it is non refundable. Don't know who to blame, them for moving, Google maps, or just me for being too trusting.

We booked at tour 3 days prior. We show up and it has been delayed by 30 minutes. 30 minutes go by and then it was canceled. No one had a straight answer as to why. Also, what kind of Visitor Center does not have Spanish-speaking staff? This one clearly. This in the capital of a State that borders Mexico, thats gets 44% of tourists from the country and half a billion annually im revenue from those tourists. A state that has 1.1 million jobs that depend on exports to that country. And at the end, getting alternative options was like pulling teeth from the staff.
